Building a Stronger Profession
Founded in 2015, NAJSP was established by a coalition of court administrators, legal support professionals, and justice advocates who recognized the need for consistent professional standards and career development opportunities.
What began as a small network of dedicated professionals has grown into a national association serving thousands of members and credential holders. Today, NAJSP continues to advance the profession through certification programs, education initiatives, and a commitment to excellence in justice support services.

Patricia Reynolds
Chair, Board of Directors
Patricia Reynolds is a seasoned court administration professional with more than 20 years of experience supporting judicial operations, policy implementation, and organizational leadership. Throughout her career, she has led statewide initiatives focused on operational efficiency, professional development, and access to justice. As Chair of the Board, Patricia provides strategic oversight and champions NAJSP’s mission to advance professionalism across the justice support field.

Marcus Bennett
Co-Chair, Board of Directors
Marcus Bennett serves as a justice operations leader with extensive experience managing multi-agency programs, process improvement initiatives, and staff development efforts. His expertise includes program management, stakeholder engagement, and organizational change. As Co-Chair, Marcus works closely with the Board and leadership team to support growth, innovation, and member engagement across the association.

Olivia Chen
Treasurer
Olivia Chen brings over 15 years of experience in nonprofit finance, budgeting, and strategic planning. She has managed financial operations for several national professional associations and is passionate about ensuring long-term organizational sustainability. As Treasurer, Olivia oversees financial governance, budgeting, and fiscal stewardship to support the association’s continued success.

Secretary
Daniel Morales is a victim services and community engagement professional dedicated to advancing ethical practice and professional standards. He has held leadership roles in advocacy programs and has extensive experience in policy documentation, governance, and board administration. As Secretary, Daniel maintains official records, supports transparent governance practices, and helps ensure effective communication across the organization.
